- Well, I am against what they're doing right now for valid reasons. If I
- see them do something that I approve of, I'll praise them. But right at
- this moment, I don't see anything that I approve of.

-
- Stock, naturally, because 1200 expansions aren't that easy to find (or
- very prevalent), and that's what all the software's written for.

-
- George, you're talking about updated chips, CD-ROMs, and other stuff
- that just isn't likely to appear. If the S--rfer package is going on
- sale next month, shouldn't there have been an announcement by now of
- what's actually going to be the hardware (the software's been
- announced)? You even said that Kittel told you that he couldn't
- announce anything. That doesn't bode well.

-
- And that's the same thing that I feel, except that it would be
- counter-productive to improve the 1200.

-
- No, I couldn't tell if it was sarcastic. And, again, have you heard me
- say a single thing bad about the 4000T?

- And yet my criticisms are valid. All I'm saying is that in comparison
- to its competition in the wider marketplace ("computers" in general), it
- looks like a console and can't keep up. The truth is never insolent,
- George.

- I hope that your enthusiasm is correct, George, but I feel that it's
- misplaced.

-
- No, not surprising. The Amiga happens to be head and shoulders above
- any computer OS on the market today. I've been pulling my hair out
- trying to get this piece of crap sound card in this new Pent that I
- bought last weekend to work with one game. I never have that kind of
- problem with an Amiga. And you do have to admit that the A4000T is a
- little overpriced, but that's my only criticism of it.
